Dil Bechara is an unplanned tribute to late Sushant Singh Rajput. It's a heart-wrenching story of a girl named Kizie (Sanjana Sanghi), who is struggling to live because of a terminable disease and a boy who brings her hope and love named Manny (Sushant Singh Rajput). Manny has also had a run-in with cancer and because of that, he lost his leg and his dream to play basketball.
